2.1工程概况
2.1.1本项目为XXX消防工程,位于南京市鼓楼区汉中门大街301号。
2.1.2本消防工程包括火灾自动报警系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、消火栓灭火系统及防排烟系统。由南京澳中建筑设计有限公司设计,我江苏苏中设备安装集团有限公司有幸参与投标。若能被业主认定,使我公司有机会实施对投标部分的整个消防系统的施工,我方同意招标文件的工期,(从开工日起,40日历天内完工),并具体负责施工、管理、调试、开通(达标),同时协助业主方完成消防验收的审批工作。
2. 2施工概述
2. 2.1  室内消火栓给水系统、自动喷水灭火系统
(1) 本建筑为10层高层办公楼,建筑高度为40.6米,为二类高层。原消火栓系统、给排水系统均不变,增加自动喷淋系统。
(2)室内消火栓用水量为 20L/s。消防用水由基地设置的集中消防给水系统供给,基地东北面有地下消防水池和消防泵房,供基地各单体消火栓系统用水。本建筑屋顶原设计有18立方消防水箱和消火栓稳压设备,室内消火栓布置满足被保护范围内任何部位由两股充实水注到达。
(3)自动喷水灭火系统为湿式系统,在一层报警阀间内设3套湿式报警阀,每套报警阀负担的喷头数不超过800个,水力警铃位于走道。自喷加压水泵和108立方的消防水池设置在室外。屋顶设18立方水箱。平时自动喷水系统官网由屋顶水箱保证最不利点喷头的压力要求。消防时,由增压泵加压供水。无吊顶均采用68℃直立型喷头,有吊顶均采用68℃下垂型喷头。
(4)消防给水管道采用热镀锌钢管,管径大于或等于DN100的采用法兰(或卡箍)连接,管径小于DN100的采用丝扣连接。室内冷水给水管采用内筋嵌入式衬塑钢管,卡环连接。给水管上的阀门DN50以下的采用J41-W-16T截止阀,DN50以上的采用Z45W-16T闸阀。
(5)室内消防系统管道试验压力1.5MPa,在10分钟内不渗不漏,压力降不应大于0.02MPa。
(6)生活及消防给水管道在系统运行前必须用水冲洗。要求以系统最大设计流量或不小于1.5m/s的流速进行冲洗,直至出水口的水色和透明度与进水目测一致为合格。并且生活给水管道的还需符合本地自来水公司的相关要求。
2.2.2火灾自动报警系统
(1)  火灾自动报警系统为地址编码两总线制;在主要出入口设有手动报警按钮;火灾自动报警器可接收感烟探测器和温差探测器、手动报警按钮等报警信号,并发出灭火控制命令,驱动灭火联动装置动作实现灭火,同时可进行应急广播和火警电话,以便进行紧急疏散,消防动力及火灾报警信号在消防控制室火灾报警控制器显示屏有显示,并能打印火灾记录。
(2)  火灾事故状态各系统运行控制要求在发生火灾并确认后,断开着火灾住宅非消防电源,其他要求如下:
a自动报警系统:经确认发生火灾,由控制中心启动相应灭火系统设备,并向着火区报警。
b消火栓系统:任一消火栓按钮动作时,通过总线报警控制中心,系统启动消火栓泵,同时亦可由启泵按钮直控线直接启动消火栓泵。
c电梯控制:当确认火灾后,系统可自动联动/手动控制电梯全部停于首层;其中消防电梯可正常运行。
d喷淋泵控制:当确认火灾后,系统可自动联动/手动启动喷淋系统。
(3)火灾探测器安装:
1安装方式:电梯前室按有天花吊顶情况下,做吸顶安装;当无天花吊顶时,亦采取楼板底面吸顶安装。
2探测器的底座应固定牢靠,其导线连接必须可靠压接,导线驳接口刷锡,探测器的确认灯应面向便于人员观察的主要入口方向。
3探测器底座的外接导线,应留有不小于150mm余量,入端处应有明显标志,底座
