2 工程概况
2.1硚口路车场工程概况及本合同段范围
(1) 硚口路车场工程概况
武汉市轨道交通一号线一期工程从宗关至黄浦路全长10.177km,为保证一期工程配属车辆、线路及设备的正常运营,设硚口路车场,其功能除担负列车停放、运用整备、事故救援、并扩大检修条件,设综合维修基地,负责一期工程的线路、桥梁、房建、供电、通信信号设备及车站设备的保养维修。
车场位置在硚口路至崇仁路之间,京汉大道与站邻街之间的狭长地带,地处汉口闹市中心,与双线轻轨高架正线紧邻。
车场、综合维修基地及综合开发区为一长条形3~5层框架结构,车场高架置于建筑三层平台上,轨顶标高与高架正线轨顶平齐。
设计为静压桩基础,现浇框架结构,现浇钢筋混凝土楼面体系,主体结构为三层多跨连续框架,列车检修库及维修库屋面为钢网架结构,上盖轻质彩色夹芯钢板,最大跨度34.6m,其它屋面为常规屋面,地面楼面因使用功能要求而异,设计为不同的类型。
主体结构三层,功能各不相同,4、5区一层、二层主要为商业营业铺面,另有部分设备房及车库;6区一层主要为综合材料库及供电维修、内燃机钳作业区和技术管理办公室,6区二层为综合维修基地各专业工区和业务管理办公室;三层为车场平台层,布设列车维修保养的作业线路,共铺设5条停放及列检作业线股道,1条走行线,3条临修作业线;列检作业库,检修库两大作业车间及各类配套作业车间位于该层。最大建筑高度(底层~柱顶)为21.61m。
