                            北海某多层商场工程项目临时用电施工方案
建筑概况:本工程位于##广场东面,##中路南面,建筑平面呈矩形,室内外地坪高差分别为0.2m、0.3m、2.7m。建筑物北区中部有一采光天棚,建筑物地下一层为超市和车库,一至四层为商场,五层为美食城和影城。建筑物南面为半地下停车场,东面为6m宽的消防通道,室内外高差2.7m西、北两面均为休闲广场。建筑局部二层地下室(该部位已建至二层)层高5.2m、地下一层商场层商4.5m,半地下停车场层高3.2m,地上部分商场层高均为4.5m,屋面标高为22.5m,最高处储物间屋顶29.4m。
本工程抗震设防烈度为六度,框架抗震等级为四级,抗震设防类别为丙类,建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计使用年限为50年。本工程基础采用独立柱基础,持力层为第四层土,底板下部分回填杂砂石,压实系数为0.93。上部为框架结构,砼等级视部位分别为C15、C20、C25、C30,地下室混凝土抗渗土空心砖体,采用M5混合砂浆砌筑,墙厚为200mm。
